Stay fit and active in our empowering classes! Join us for fun fitness, tailored for seniors. A fun and supportive environment where older adults can improve strength, balance and flexibility.
Personal Trainer Available
Introductory sessions to the gym and equipment available on request. One to one sessions with a fully qualified PT available throughout the day. We also offer a 20% discount on our services for people going through injury rehabilitation*.

Get moving and feel great in our energising ladies fitness class or our dynamic mens class, designed to boost strength and confidence! Join us for fun, effective workouts that cater to all fitness levels and leave feeling fitter and stronger each week.
