Gym classes

Mondays 1 – 1:50 pm Pilates  (beginners and intermediate)

Mat Pilates is a full-body workout! The routine emphasises core strength, flexibility, and awareness of your body.  All are welcome — simpler and more advanced options are given for most exercises.

Tuesdays 10:15 – 11 am Fit for Life 

Developed with over-50s in mind (but all are welcome!), Fit For Life is a class of gentle stretching and light weights, focusing on day-to-day mobility and balance.

Both classes are run on a drop-in basis; cost is €5 for members and €8 for non-members — or for €10 you can enjoy a swim as well.

Thursday mornings 10 – 10:45 am

Wednesday nights 7 – 7:45 pm until the end of April

Drop in: €3 members, €10 non-members

Or pay for 6 weeks up front: €15 members, €50 non-members

Personal Training

Our qualified Gym Instructor, Shane, is available for one-to-one personal training at a time that suits your schedule.  Shane has experience working with clients recovering from injury, preparing for surgery, or just wanting to get specific results.

If you prefer to work out in your own time but want a little guidance, Shane can also tailor a programme of exercise for you, helping you to meet your goals.
